GSB APP TROUBLE SHOOTING

 

If you're experiencing issues with the Guernsey Skin and Beauty (GSB) app, here are some troubleshooting steps you can take:

 

Refresh your app screen and close your GSB app

To close all Safari tabs on an iPhone,

  • Press and hold the icon in the bottom-right of the screen that looks like two squares intersecting with one another.

  • A menu will now appear -- one option is to close all of the tabs.  Push select. 

Another option is to swipe up the screen from the bottom of the page 

Check that your GSB app is up to date

Go to the Apple App Store (on iPhone) or Google Play (on Android)

Search for the Guernsey Skin and Beauty app

Click update if available

Note: If there's no options to update then it means your up-to-date version of the app

Check that you're using a supported device

  • iPhone: iOS 11 and above

  • Android: 6.0 and above

Log out of the GSB app and log back in

  1. Open the GSB app

  2. Tap on your profile picture  icon at the top left

  3. Tap the settings icon

  4. Tap Log Out

  5. Log back in using your account credentials 

         (if the issue isn't resolved) Restart your mobile device

Clear Cache on Android Devices

  1. Long press the app icon on your devices home screen

  2. Tap App info

  3. Tap Storage

  4. Tap Clear Data

  5. Open the GSB app and log back in

Uninstall and re-download the GSB app
