I am a new guest, how can I book in a treatment at your MediSpa?
All new guests who come into our MediSpa must begin with a 'Get To know You' consultation, just as you would when going to see your doctor or specialist.
We have medical grade products and equipment, so we need to ensure that you're on the right products and treatment plan.
A head to toe consultation includes:
Covering all your concerns and full treatment options
A Visia Skin Analysis.
You'll be given a bespoke personalised image plan to make you feel fabulous inside and out.

We have an arrangement with Cherry Godfrey. One of our team members can help you arrange a payment plan so you can get started on your journey with us.
Why isn't there a price list available for new guests to view?
As you are a new guest to our clinic, your therapist will be able to give you a full assessment and treatment prices when they meet you as prices vary from patient to patient.
Once you have completed your treatment plan, you will be invited to join our VIP Membership Program where you will have full access to our menu and online booking system.
If you have a budget in mind, this is very helpful and our therapist can work around this with you.
Do I need to pay a deposit when reserving treatments?
A 50% deposit is required to secure your reservation. This makes it fair on other guests to find time slots and discourages last minute cancellations.
There is a 48hr cancellation requirement so this gives our other guests an opportunity to take your time slot.
How do I become a VIP Member?
To become a VIP Member at our MediSpa, you must be an existing guest.
Once you have had your consultation with a therapist and completed your personalised image plan, you will then be invited to join our VIP Membership Program where you pay monthly online payments into your Guernsey Skin and Beauty account.
VIP Members receive amazing discounts, special offers and can book treatments online.
The 'Get To Know You' sounds great, but at the moment I only have a specific area of concern. Do you offer singular based treatment consultations?

Not redeemable against treatments or products.
Our Emsella chair is recommended for Intimate Wellness and Urine Incontenance. Most referals and recommendations come from doctors on the Island.

All guests are required to reserve an 'Emsella' consultation. Providing you are a suitable candidate, your therapist will give you a 10 minute trial on the magic chair before committing to a course.
