How many treatments will I need?

The length and number of treatments will depend on what you decide with your clinician during your consultation. Upon your first visit, we will talk with you to put together a customized plan that will address your needs and get you the results you want. Generally, each treatment takes between 30 and 60 minutes, but the proper length of time is decided based on the number of areas being treated.

Will I bruise?

Depending on the treatment you choose will depend on if you bruise and everyone is different. You might not bruise at all, you might bruise a little, or you might bruise badly. Generally, a bruise will last around 3-5 days, but we allow 2 weeks for bruising and swelling and not to have treatment within 1 month of a special event, due to this risk.

I’m nervous! Do injectable treatments or tattoo treatments hurt?

Most of the treatments are pain free. You will be offered topical anaesthetic to numb the treatment area within minutes so by the time comes you will feel only mild discomfort.

Can I fly after having filler treatments?

The general advice is to wait a minimum of 48hrs before flying. It is very rare for complications to occur however in these circumstances you would need to return to the clinic for an emergency reversal protocol. However, we advise all clients to have treatments at least 2 - 4 weeks before a holiday or special occasion to ensure everything is settled.

I have made a booking on the system, are you able to squeeze my friend in at the same time?

No, all clients need to register to make a booking, pay a deposit and agree to our T&Cs online. Our clinicians time slots are very limited and it’s not possible to squeeze two clients into one booking.

I need to cancel my booking. Will I lose my deposit?

As per our T&Cs all booking fees payments are NON-REFUNDABLE unless you give adequate notice of 48 hours in the case of emergency it can be transferred to a re-arranged appointment which is by discretion of management.

How old do you have to be for treatments without parental permission?

All clients must be 18 at the time of the treatment. Some cases may be younger but with parent's written permission and presence at appointment. Please ask about any queries of this nature.

Can I bring my children?

Unfortunately due to the nature of the business we are not insured to allow children unattended on the premises. If you arrive with children you must bring along someone to supervise them or unfortunately you will be asked to leave without treatment. We thank you for being understanding.

I just had treatments and cannot see any noticeable results, why is that?

Some treatments allow instant and noticeable results, others can take up to 3 months to settle and show results. Just ensure you follow your home-care and you can always voice any concerns to your therapists either by phone on 01481720606 or WhatsApp message us on 07839702666.

Am I a candidate for laser hair removal?

You can book a consultation with our aesthetician for a definite answer to this question. Laser hair removal relies on melanin (the pigment that gives color to our hair and skin), so tends to be most effective for people with light skin and dark hair. Our Aesthetician will meet with you and discuss your options, as well as quoting your estimated cost.
